Blond Catering staff are all hand selected by our Director, and have the up-to-date in Hospitality training. All of our staff have the highest level training in customer service, cash handling (cash bars), food preparation, OHS/WHS, RSA, barista skills, cleaning procedures, First Aid and environmental management.
